Class Schedule

It was great to kick off our spring schedule of cooking classes with a Moroccan themed class recently.  This schedule will be updated and added to regularly, so remember to come back often or email me if you would like to be advised when new classes are added to the schedule.

Perhaps you'd like to get a group of friends together for a private class.  A minimum of 4 people is required (maximum 8) - simply email me to enquire about a date and workshop to suit your group.

A deposit of $20 per person is required to book your place at any of these classes.  Simply click the corresponding Pay Now button for the class you wish to attend, in order to make secure payment through PayPal, and your place will be confirmed.  If you prefer to pay the deposit for any class by online banking, then please email me for bank account details.  Once your payment has been received, I will email you with confirmation and directions to my home.

Cancellation policy:  Your deposit will be refunded in full if cancelled no less than 7 days prior to the class;  if cancelled within 7 days your deposit will be refunded only if your place in the class can be filled.

The Art of Curing
Wednesday 10 October, 6.00 pm
(3 to 3.5 hours)

In this skills based workshop, you will learn how to make your own bacon, how to make gravalax, and a quick vodka-cure for salmon.

Each person will make their own bacon or gravalax to take home, and we will also make a couple of dishes using these things:

Bacon, Roasted Pear & Blue Cheese Salad
Buckwheat Blini with Gravalax & Creme Fraiche

Price is $45 per person, or bring a friend and pay just $40 each.

Saturday 27 October, 5.00pm
(Approximately 3.5 hours)

This is a 3-course "cook and dine" workshop.  We will cook our 3-course dinner in a very hands-on experience for all participants, and then sit down to dine on the dinner we have prepared.

Menu is subject to availability of ingredients, but is likely to include:

Flaming Saganaki
Roasted Eggplant, Green Olive & Mizithra Salad
Slow Baked Lamb with Olives & Tomatoes
Greek Orange Cake

Price is $55 per person
